Special Notes on Contributions:
There are no contribution limits for legislative campaigns in Texas. Under Texas law, any person, partnership or political action committee may contribute to legislative campaigns. Corporations are prohibited from contributing. There are no restrictions based on location of the contributor.
We must have your full name and address on all contributions. Contributions identified only by an email address cannot be accepted. State law also requires us to collect and report the principal occupation (or job title) and full name of employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $500 in a reporting period. If you are contributing $500 or more during any six-month period, please include your occupation and employer in the Employer field provided on the form above.
Your contribution is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution for Federal income tax purposes.
